Sometimes my neck gets mega stiff and rotation is no longer happening and I'm probably looking like a robot, does this sound like you? Or do you have some back pain?

From the moment I stepped in the office, warm and helpful staff are there to greet you and give you some paper work to fill out for your initial consultation. It takes maybe 5-7 mins some of it is a little repetitive.

Then you get to meet your miracle worker-- in my case it was Dr. Finch. Truly delightful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

She adjusted me and my neck instantly felt 96% better and 5-10 mins later, I felt 100% better. It's this feeling like you don't know, until you know.

Never knew so many strange noises could come out of the joints!! But now, I do!

I'll be back-- I signed up for a really affordable package.

I would like to start this review by mentioning that I have not had an issue with any chiropractor at this facility. However, I have gone to the office to get treatment and there was no provider available on site, an email or text message should have been sent to patients advising them no provider was available. On another occasion, I went to the office during office hours only to find that the office was closed.

Most recently I was given incorrect information by the front desk staff in regard to freezing my membership due to traveling out of town. Thus, when I called to freeze my membership I was told that I needed to call within 2 days of my billing date. I asked to speak to management about the issue and was told there was no way for customers to directly speak to management and that the front desk staff would have to send them an email. A few days later I called the front desk staff back and was told management had been trying to reach me but my number was not working. It turns out my number was incorrect in their system.

The management never called me back but informed the front desk staff to advise me that they cannot complete my request to retroactively freeze my account given the incorrect information I was given by the front desk staff.

I have decided to cancel my membership to the joint due to this issue. I liked the chiropractors but customer service needs a lot of work.

Really would not recommend this business. There are much better chiropractors in the area that don't force you to share a ton of personal data and sign lengthy documents/contracts etc. This is a franchise and you can tell the business practices are such that they are only protecting themselves, legally. I was really pressed into signing up for some wellness plan, it wasn't explained to me. I was charged for two months, even though I specifically asked not to be and wrote into the contract document as such. The receptionist said she'd delete my credit card and not charge me again, now this month I've just been charged. My request for a refund was sent to some sort of corporate office, they say no refunds allowed. Communication around all of this was just dicey. I never got copies of these contracts. Overall, just a bit of a weird situation in there. Plenty of better options in DC.

Had a fantastic first experience here. Took about 5 mins to fill out all the initial release and patient info forms since it was my first time and then I was quickly back with a doctor getting adjusted. Both the doctor and the front office admin were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick, easy, and effective! I felt no pressure to sign up for a plan but definitely will be on my next visit! Highly recommend giving this place a go for quick and easy adjustments at a super affordable price!
