today. after checking again, i was told that simeone & miller "could not help me with my cases". "why?" "because medmal cases are hard." "that's what you do." "well medmal is time consuming..."oh, really". what total bs. mr . miller just called me back after i sent a message on their website wanting to explain. i told him 'i'm sorry if you can't do what your practice can't do what you're supposed to do" and hung up. i have been legal assistant with travelers insurance staff counsel, major case litigation for 12 years until i had to go out on ss disability in 2010. i know what i'm doing and where my cases stand. my cases absolutely proven by medical records. apparently there 30+ attorneys only want easy cases where the wrong leg was cut off.
